Daniel O'Neill | |
 | Dan has more than 30 years of banking experience and currently oversees the bank's holding company, First National of Nebraska (FNNI), plus FNNI's 12 charter banks, in addition to leading First National Bank of Omaha. He is also active in five related financial holding companies. Dan joined the company in 1981 as an executive vice president and director. He began his banking career as a bank examiner with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and served in the United States Air Force from 1971 to 1974. Dan currently serves on the boards of the Durham Museum and College of Saint Mary, both in Omaha.

David Downing | |
 | David Downing is responsible for the First National Technology and Operations Group at First National Bank of Nebraska. In this capacity, Downing has shaped First National Bank into a best-in-class organization in terms of efficiency and innovation. Downing joined First National from JP Morgan Chase, where he led the successful integration and transformation of that company's Centralized Operations Group. While at Chase, he also increased productivity and growth while eliminating redundant processes and costs. Prior to joining JP Morgan Chase, David spent 15 years in operations at US Bank.

Stephen Eulie | |
 | Prior to becoming President and Division Head of First National Bank's Credit Card Center, Stephen Eulie had more than 20 years of financial industry experience behind him. His impressive resume includes re-launching the Chase Travel Rewards® and Chase Ultimate Rewards® cards while guiding JP Morgan Chase to its ranking as the second largest travel and merchandise program in the industry. Eulie has also held senior management and marketing positions with Wachovia, Providian Financial, Citibank, and Irving Trust Company.

Mike Foutch | |
 | Mike Foutch joined First National Bank in 1984. Currently, he is responsible for all Human Resource efforts to promote and develop First National Bank of Omaha's high performance culture. He oversees the company's leadership and performance management, change management and employee communications, talent management, and total rewards programs. Mike serves on the board of the Wellness Council of the Midlands and is the Mayor of Logan, IA. |
Rolland Johannsen | |
 | Rolland Johannsen has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has held senior leadership positions with companies such as Capital Performance Group, JP Morgan Chase, American International Group, KeyCorp, and Old Kent Financial Corporation. Prior to joining First National Bank, Johannsen was a sought-after consultant and President of Furash and Co. in Washington, DC.

Clark Lauritzen | |
 | Clark joined First National Bank in 2003 and now heads Wealth Management & Investment Banking. Previously, he served as President of First National Investment Banking and prior to that as managing director, Mergers & Acquisitions. Before joining the M&A group he was a commercial lender for First National Bank of Omaha. Prior to joining First National Clark worked at Goldman Sachs in New York and Chicago as a part of the Financial Institutions Group in the Investment Banking Division. There, he advised regional and national banks as well as insurance companies, payment processing companies and brokerage firms on a variety of buy/sell-side merger transactions. Clark serves as a director of First National of Nebraska and First National Bank of Omaha. Clark received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and his B.A. from Princeton University.

Diana Mehochko | |
 | Diana Mehochko oversees all business activities for First National Merchant Solutions, First National's top-10 payment processing organization. Mehochko's career highlights include serving as Chief Operating Officer for Chase Merchant Services and founding her own financial consulting company, DMM Consulting, Inc. Today, Mehochko is a member of the Visa® Acquirers Acceptance Group, MasterCard's Acquirer Committee and Discover’s Acquirer Advisory Council.

Stephanie Moline | |
 | Stephanie Moline has been part of the First National Bank family since 1982 when she joined the bank's management trainee program. Today, she guides the Corporate Banking Group and sits on the First National Bank of Omaha Board of Directors. Moline received her executive degree from Darden Business School at the University of Virginia and her undergraduate degree from Nebraska Wesleyan. Stephanie is active in the community, sitting on the boards of many philanthropic organizations.

David Sweiderk | |
 | David Sweiderk has over 20 years of financial services experience and an outstanding track record of success in consumer lending products and distribution channels. He gained extensive expertise in these areas through senior leadership positions with Chevy Chase Bank, Commercial Credit, and most recently, as an Executive Vice President for Sovereign Bank. Sweiderk graduated from CBA's Graduate School of Retail Bank Management and received his MBA from UMUC.
