My Deals® Overview

What is MyDeals®?
My Deals® is an extra savings benefit for First National Bank of Omaha Visa® Check/Credit card cardholders. It's as easy as CLICK, SHOP and SAVE! Through this program, you can receive special offers simply by using your card. Use it at your favorite stores, shops and restaurants and your savings will add up after you use your card. You can manage all your cash back and offers online after logging in to your First National Bank of Omaha Visa® Check/Credit card account.

What is the benefit of My Deals®?
No more Sundays on the couch cutting coupons or scouring for the best deal online. My Deals® is a program that displays online rebate offers on your online banking transaction page automatically, based on your previous purchasing behavior from merchants you shop with every day.

How do I earn cash back?
It's easy! My Deals® is based on how you already shop, so the offers received are relevant to you. The more you use your First National Bank of Omaha Visa® Check/Credit card, the more offers you'll receive. Once you CLICK on one of these offers, they are automatically loaded on to your card for that account. Or you may choose to ignore the offer and it will expire. After clicking on an offer, simply use your card to SHOP at the selected merchant. After you shop, you will SAVE depending on the details in the offer.

When do I get my cash back?
On average, you will receive My Deals® cash back for redeemed offers approximately one month after the month the redemptions were made (e.g. redemptions made in December will typically be credited to your account approximately at the end of January). You can check the My Deals® Summary Page once logged into your account to ensure the purchase qualifies as redemption of the offer.

Is the My Deals® program free?
Yes, the service is totally free. There is no cost to you! We are always looking for ways to add value to the First National Bank of Omaha Visa® Check/Credit card experience, and to help you save money. We believe you'll enjoy the simplicity and convenience of My Deals® as part of your everyday savings goals.

Do I need a coupon to redeem an offer?
No, you won't need a coupon to redeem an offer. All you have to do is CLICK to activate the offer online... then SHOP to earn your savings. Each offer has details about how to use it. Some offers happen to be for online shopping -- offers that must be redeemed online are clearly specified and may include a redemption code. Please read the offer details to determine how to redeem each offer.

Can I use a merchant's other coupon or discount with a My Deals® offer?
Yes, but only if the remaining purchase amount paid for with your First National Bank of Omaha Visa® Check/Credit card meets the requirements of the offer after the coupon or discount is applied.

Can I use ANY of my credit cards to earn cash back?
No. You must use the First National Bank of Omaha Visa® Check/Credit credit card that is associated with the account that received the offer to qualify for My Deals® cash back.
My Deals® Enrollment and Opt-Out

How do I sign up?
If you have a First National Bank of Omaha Visa® Check/Credit card account that is in good standing, and you are enrolled in online banking, you are automatically enrolled in My Deals®. If at any point you would like to stop receiving offers, click on the link that says "Stop Receiving All Offers" and you will be opted out.

How do I stop getting offers (opt-out)?
To stop receiving offers, just click the "Stop Receiving All Offers" link located in the upper right on you're My Deals® Summary Page. If you wish to opt back in to the My Deals® program at some point in the future, please select the "My Deals®" link in the Account Summary screen for your account, or contact customer support and we will resume providing offers to you.

Will I still earn cash back (savings) if I opt-out?
Cash back earned prior to opting out will be credited to your account. You will not be able to earn additional cash back if you are not opted in for the program.

How can I re-enroll?
If you wish to opt back in to the My Deals® program at some point in the future, please select the "Start Receiving Offers" link on your account or contact customer support and we will resume providing offers to you.

Where do I go to see offers?
Offers are located in your online banking detailed transaction screen page underneath relevant transactions. New offers will be labeled as New Offers until you CLICK to activate them. Once clicked, an offer is labeled as an Active Offer. All offers can be viewed at one time by going to the My Deals® Summary Page.

Where do I shop? When do I shop? How much do I have to spend to get My Deals® cash back?
Each offer received is based on how you use your credit card, so the My Deals® offers you receive are relevant. To redeem an offer, CLICK the offer to see the details of the offer. This registers your card for that offer. Then, SHOP at the specified retailer, pay with that registered card and SAVE. Your savings will accumulate and will be deposited into your account the following month.

Do I have to shop online?
Each offer has details regarding when and where to shop. Offers that must be redeemed online are clearly labeled and may include a redemption code. Please be sure to read the details to determine how to redeem each offer and receive cash back.
Redeeming My Deals® Offers

How do I redeem offers?
To receive cash back, you first need to CLICK any "New Offers" after you have logged into your account. Once the offer is clicked, it is registered to your credit card. When you SHOP at that merchant, simply use that card to pay for the transaction. No coupons are needed for in-store purchases, making it even easier to SAVE. Clearly marked online redemption codes may be needed for offers at online stores.

When do I receive my cash back?
On average, your cash back is credited to your account the month after it is redeemed, usually on the second to last business day in the month after the offer is redeemed. Since we do not share any personal information with retailers, we cannot credit an account immediately at the time of purchase. For example, any cash back redeemed in the month of December will typically be credited to the account approximately one month later. If you wish to see the offers you've redeemed or the total value of the savings you have earned, visit the "My Deals® Summary" page.

How can I view all of my offers?
To view all new and active offers, go to the My Deals® Summary page once logged in.

How long do I have to redeem an offer?
Offers are available for a period of time set by the retailers. To see the expiration date for an offer, visit the "My Deals® Summary" page once you are logged in.
My Deals® Privacy and Customer Service Information

Can retailers see my account or personal information?
No. Retailers cannot see your account. All offers are managed inside First National Bank of Omaha Visa® Check/Credit card system, so private information remains private and secure.

I haven't been receiving any offers.
Offers are based on how you currently shop, so the offers you receive are relevant to you. If you seldom use your First National Bank of Omaha Visa® Check/Credit card, you may not receive any offers. The more you use it, the more relevant offers you'll receive!
You may also want to check your enrollment status. If you opted out of the program for any reason, but would like to re-enroll, please select the "My Deals®" link in the Account Detail screen for your First National Bank of Omaha Visa® Check/Credit card account and we will resume providing offers to you.

I had seen an offer earlier, but when I went to accept it sometime later, it wasn't there.
The offer either expired or was redeemed. View redeemed offers on the My Deals® Summary Page. Expired offers are no longer viewable.

I had an offer that expired yesterday, can I still get it?
Unfortunately, no. Once an offer has expired there is no way to retrieve it. Expired offers are no longer viewable.

Someone I know received an offer I want. How can I receive that offer as well?
Each offer received through My Deals® is based on how each cardholder shops, so the offers received are specific and personalized for you. Since everyone's transaction history is different, there is no specific way to get someone else's offer.
